Yoga is the most essential part of our life. By practicing yoga, we can also make good relations with our relatives because yoga helps in keeping our mind happy and peaceful. Trikonasana help in reducing stress and improving digestion.  Bhujangasana, also helps in reducing stress and fatigue. When the stress is released, you will automatically have sound sleep. That’s why yoga is very important for the people having irregular sleeping habits.

  • Surya namaskar:- This asanas can be practiced by all level of practitioners. Suryanamaskar consists of 12 poses and should be practiced in a sequence. In the beginning u can start with few rounds of it, and then slowly keep on increasing the no. of rounds. It works on the whole body and reduces the weight.
  • Bhujangasana (Cobra pose):- It stretches the upper part of the body and provides great relief in back pain and stiffness in shoulders. This pose is also called as heart opening pose and helps in pumping oxygenated blood to the different parts of the body. The oxygenated blood helps in burning the fat. In this way, bhujangasana helps in losing weight.
  • Dhanurasana (bow pose):-  The name of this posture has been derived from Sanskrit words dhanu (meaning bow) and asana (meaning pose). This pose stretches the abdominal region of the body. It helps in toning arm and legs. Regular practice of this asana helps in reducing belly fat.
  • Virabhadrasana (warrior pose) :- This posture helps in strengthening the arms, legs and lower back. It helps in increasing the stamina and the balance of the body. Virabhadrasana not only helps in burning calories but also help in toning your belly fat.
